DBI will build out it's national network in three (3) primary phases. Initial service coverage will start in Phase 1 with the Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Kwa-Zulu Natal Provinces. Phase 2 coverage will include the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Free State Provinces. Phase 3 of DBI's network build out will cover Limpopo and Northern Cape provinces.
